Vendor Application –  Premiere Picks

Our Premiere Picks is a show accepting Oklahoma based craftsmen, artists, boutiques, and small retailers. Booths are limited but options are first given to our Featured Vendors.

Event Dates and Time: Sep 29-30 2023 | 10am – 4pm each day
Location: Shoppes at Northpark, 12100 N May Ave, Oklahoma City, OK 73120

Will you be serving food samples with Health Department Certificate?
Will you be giving a raffle donation?
Raffle donation is valued at $20 or more for a special promotion.
By entering your name below, the Vendor agrees and acknowledges the following terms and conditions stated in this agreement:
  • The Vendor acknowledges that the submission of this agreement does not guarantee acceptance into the event.
  • Acceptance will be confirmed separately by the Event Organizer, and the Vendor will receive a formal notification along with an invoice for payment upon acceptance.
  • Upon receipt of acceptance notification and invoice from the Event Organizer, the Vendor agrees to promptly submit the first half of the payment to secure your booth. The Vendor agrees to make the final payment no later than August 31st 2023, at which time no refunds will be granted.
  • By signing this agreement, the Vendor agrees to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which might incur as a result of participating in the event.
