Agreement
  • By entering your name below, the Dog Owner (Customer) agrees and acknowledges the following terms and conditions stated in this agreement:
  • Reservation Confirmation: The Dog Owner acknowledges that a reservation for a photobooth slot at the event is contingent upon the payment of the $29.95 fee. The photobooth slot will be confirmed and reserved only after this payment has been received in full by the Event Organizer.
  • Non-refundable Payment: The Dog Owner understands that the $29.95 payment is non-refundable after August 31st, 2023, regardless of attendance or circumstance.
  • Responsibility for Risks and Damages: By signing this agreement, the Dog Owner agrees to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which they or their dog might incur as a result of participating in the Okie Dog Photobooth.
  • Dog Behavior: The Dog Owner confirms that their dog is well-behaved and not aggressive towards people or other animals.

After payment, you will be forwarded to our Photo Shoot Calendar, where you will be required to select your desired photo shoot time.
