Agreement

• The Vendor acknowledges that the submission of this agreement does not guarantee acceptance into the event.
• Acceptance will be confirmed separately by the Event Organizer, and the Vendor will receive a formal notification along with an invoice for payment upon acceptance.
• Upon receipt of acceptance notification and invoice from the Event Organizer, the Vendor agrees to promptly submit the first half of the payment to secure your booth. The Vendor agrees to make the final payment no later than August 31st 2023, at which time no refunds will be granted.
• By signing this agreement, the Vendor agrees to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which might incur as a result of participating in the event.
